| Robertson earned his Doctorate in 2003 at the University of St. Augustine in St. Augustine, Florida. Prior to that, in 1999, he earned a Bachelor of Science (Kinesiology) from Simon Fraser University. His Doctorate coursework focused on orthopaedic manual therapy techniques for the spinal and peripheral joints, including the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). In 2006, he completed postgraduate training in vestibular rehabilitiation.
Since graduating, Robertson has worked mostly in private practice orthopaedic settings, treating patients that have had a variety of problems involving the spine and extremeties, whiplash, post-surgical rehabe, and sport or work related injuries. He also has experience in treating TMJ disorders, chronic headaches, and vestibular problems. His clinical approach is based on a thorough assessment, followed by treatments using a combination of manual therapy, modalities, and therapeutic exercises.
When not working, Robertson enjoys playing volleyball and soccer, as well as cooking.
