Cameron has held numerous positions as a physiotherapist, both clinically and academically. He was physiotherapist to local and international sporting teams and consulted within internationally recognized, multidisciplinary sports clinics. He has served as team physiotherapist for Australian Rules Football and to the Australian snowboard team for the World Cup in 2005.

He recently published an article on specialization in physiotherapy and served on council for two years with the Australian Physiotherapy Association. During his final year in Australia, he held a clinical teaching position at the University of Melbourne before moving to Canada.

Cameron graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with degrees in Science and Physiotherapy. He returned to the University of Melbourne several years later to complete his Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in 2003.

Cameron’s primary interest and significant portion of his Master’s degree was in the treatment of shoulder injuries and pain, including neck and upper back disorders. Cameron spends considerable clinical time assessing and treating difficult shoulder problems as well as devoting some time to working as a community physiotherapist.

Outside of clinic work, Cameron enjoys a variety of winter and summer sports and dedicates some additional time to teaching and fitness consulting.
